1. About us

The Site at www.agoactum.com is provided by Ago Actum Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number  09684787). References to “content” mean all material made available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, data, software and downloadable materials.

2. Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site is owned by or licensed to AgoActum and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms transfers to you any ownership of, or intellectual property rights in, the content or the Site.

3. Trademarks

“AgoActum”, the AgoActum logo and any related names, marks, product and service names, and slogans are trademarks of AgoActum. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names, logos and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

4. Use of Site content

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and to view, download and print content for your own lawful, personal or internal business use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may share short extracts with appropriate attribution to AgoActum.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

• reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence, or commercially exploit any content;
• systematically extract, scrape or mine content, or use it to train machine-learning or AI models;
• modify, adapt or create derivative works from the content;
• remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
• use the Site or content in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or that could damage, disable or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Site, or any content on it, and to suspend or restrict your access, at any time and without notice.

5. Notices of infringement and takedown

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Site to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us so that we can investigate.

Send a written notice to  hello@agoactum.com marked “Notice of Infringement”, including:

• your name, address and contact details;
• a description of the work or right you say has been infringed;
• the exact location (URL) of the material on the Site that you object to;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the holder’s behalf; and
• your electronic or physical signature.

On receipt of a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may share the notice with the party who provided the material. If you believe material was removed in error, you may contact us to explain.

The Site may contain links to, or rely on, websites, resources, services and providers operated by third parties, including hosting, analytics and embedded content. These are provided for your convenience only and their inclusion does not imply any endorsement by us.

We have no control over, and accept no responsibility or liability for, the content, availability, security, policies or practices of any third-party websites or providers. Accessing them is at your own risk, and any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and that third party. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and AgoActum agree that the courts of England and Wales  shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Site.
