Our commitment

Ago Actum Ltd is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities have full and equal access to our services. We believe that the opportunities of the AI era should be open to everyone, and we hold ourselves to that same standard in how we communicate and in how our own digital experiences are built.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-off exercise. As our website and services evolve, we keep accessibility a first-class consideration in our design, development and content decisions.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the internationally recognised standard for digital accessibility published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Among other things, this means we work to ensure that our website:

• provides sufficient colour contrast for text and interface elements;
• can be operated using a keyboard alone, with a clear, visible focus indicator;
• works with screen readers and other assistive technologies through meaningful structure, labels and alternative text;
• uses clear, consistent navigation and descriptive page titles and headings;
• presents forms with associated labels and helpful error messages; and
• respects user preferences, such as reduced motion, and adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels.

How we test

We test our website against WCAG 2.2 on a regular basis, combining automated tooling with manual review. Our checks include colour-contrast measurement, keyboard-only navigation, review of page structure and semantics, and testing with assistive technologies. Where we identify barriers, we prioritise and address them as part of our normal development cycle.

Ongoing improvement

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible, and third-party content or tools that we do not control may occasionally fall short of the standards we set for ourselves. We are committed to finding and fixing such issues, and we welcome feedback that helps us do so more quickly.
